Staying confident and safe on the road is important at every stage of life. That’s why Age Concern is bringing their Staying Safe refresher course to Cromwell, a supportive, practical workshop designed especially for older drivers.

Staying Safe is a free, classroom-based refresher workshop and an approved NZTA programme. It’s a great opportunity to fine-tune your safe driving knowledge, refresh your understanding of current road rules, and keep up to date with any changes that may affect how we drive today.

The session is relaxed, interactive, and focused on real-life driving situations. Whether you drive every day or just occasionally, this workshop offers useful tips, shared experiences, and practical guidance to help you stay safe and confident behind the wheel.

Best of all, it’s not about testing or judging, it’s about learning together in a friendly environment. A light lunch and refreshments are included, making it a social as well as informative morning.

Event details:📅 Wednesday 25 February⏰ 10:00am – 1:30pm📍 St John’s Rooms, Barry Ave, Cromwell💲 Free to attend

If you or someone you care for would benefit from a refresher and a confidence boost on the road, this is a great opportunity to join a fun and practical session close to home.
